What if my problem takes less time than the plan covers?
You only pay for the plan you book. If we finish early, we'll use the remaining time to check for anything else or walk you through your device — no wasted visit.
What if it takes longer than expected?
We'll let you know before going over. Additional time is billed at $75/hour in 30-minute increments.
Is there a travel or service fee?
No hidden fees. The price you see is what you pay. Travel within our service area is included.
